I have a 91 5.0 ford thunderbird, which idles rough at low rpm. the dealer said that he replaced the harmonic balancer and the idle module because of that but it still does it .HElP!!!!

try new fuel injectors, they may be clogged. my 3.8L SC did the same thing and new ones fixed it right up.
if that doesnt do it though,try the timing belt.
