Door check ? Try lubricating it .

 

Could be suspension squeak from the rocking of the car, but it wouldn't hurt to spray some lithium grease on the hinges and contacting surfaces of the hinges.

 

Check that the hood is resting on the bumpers. These cars are known to squeak because of the hood moving around causing the latch to make noise.

We have our oil changed at the ford dealership. Last time I was there I was getting ready to leave & remembered to ask about the door squeaking. The guy comes out with a can of WD40 & gives it a couple of shots. No more squeak. I thought it would be a squirt of grease into a grease fitting. I can do that myself.

 

Routine maintenance on any car for owners to lubricate door hinges and checks every so often , more so on a 14yr old car . " I thought it would be a squirt of grease into a grease fitting " There are no grease fittings , dont know of any cars never mind Fords that have such a thing nowadays . If your car had been in for a service instead of just an oil change they may have lubricated them as does my dealership using white lithium grease .
